Zen was designed as the perfect balance: a mini-neighborhood of approximately 600 units, located near the Ottawa River, which you can admire from your balcony. An urban development surrounded by green spaces; a natural living environment, while remaining connected to simplify your daily life;
a haven for active people who also desire a peaceful place to recharge. The project will consist of ten towers, each with 59 units. Two new towers will be built each year, for a total of ten.
